Senior Product Engineer, Frontend

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer problems as part of a product-driven team from ideation to outcome.
• Deliver initiatives from conception to meaningful results.
• Build, scale, and run resilient production systems.
• Suggest continuous improvements to delivery speed and learning through processes, tooling, and teamwork.
• Maintain high code quality and architecture to ensure long-term team velocity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer responsible for system design and complex project delivery.
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in React.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Product-driven mindset with experience in a fast-growing product company.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C#, Java, or other strongly typed backend languages.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Solid grasp of designing distributed systems.
• Relevant domain knowledge in finance, credit, banking, or insurance.
