Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature development working directly with founders, customers, and engineers
• Make product and technical decisions that shape the future of the platform
• Ship new work on a daily basis
• Collaborate with the team to learn and teach technical skills

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-time software development experience
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products
• Experience with TypeScript or ability to pick up the stack quickly
• At least 2 years of tenure at a single company or acquirer
• Strong empathy for users and colleagues
