Senior Product Engineer - Datacenter

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure smooth production ramps at worldwide manufacturing sites and implement process improvements.
• Recommend and drive compliance with DFx requirements to ensure robust signal integrity across layout, mechanical components, and assembly.
• Develop and deliver test specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to meet hardware coverage and quality requirements.
• Drive alternate component qualifications and manage BOM updates.
• Partner with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to define optimized product assembly lines, test stations, and assembly fixtures.
• Analyze volume data and conduct lab experimentation to solve complex yield and test challenges on the production floor.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to minimize waste and meet test time, yield, and DPPM requirements.
• Support customer-facing and quality teams during escalations to identify and fix coverage gaps.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong EE fundamentals with knowledge of GPU/CPU development, system architecture, and high-speed interconnects.
• Experience with memory technologies (HBM, GDDR, etc.), system reliability, and server RAS features.
• Proficiency in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in board or system-level electrical design.
• Direct experience in mass production environments.
• A proven track record of continuous process improvement and a passion for tools and automation.
