About the Company

Bridger is building the world’s first autonomous financial services firm. We are building agents that run the entire office of the CFO, leveraging foundational data from acquired firms to automate complex financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a shared technology platform using full stack development
• Develop AI agents for workflow automation
• Partner directly with end users to understand needs and improve products
• Drive products from conception through to production

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• 0-1 experience in a scrappy, ambiguous environment
• High level of ownership and ability to drive products independently
• Empathy for operational teams and their workflows
