Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Use expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP to move the company and product forward
• Lead projects end-to-end to solve real customer problems
• Architect systems to support high standards of performance, reliability, security, and scale
• Re-architect existing systems as scaling demands grow
• Design REST API contracts for internal and external consumers
• Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values internally and externally

Requirements

• Experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems
• Excellent knowledge of modern Cloud Native systems architecture
• Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven track record of ownership and product delivery
• Proactive, self-motivated problem-solving attitude
• Ability to communicate technical ideas and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to open source projects
• Interest or experience in mentoring team members
• Experience with data-rich backend applications or processing large volumes of real-time data
• Passion for exploring new technologies and tools
