Senior Product Engineer, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for agentic AI systems, including platforms, use cases, and ecosystem expansion
• Translate early-stage prototypes into scalable, production-grade products and drive end-to-end execution
• Shape product design across data ingestion, reasoning, orchestration, and action loops with clear evaluation metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and infrastructure teams to align on architecture, priorities, and delivery
• Make informed technical decisions based on a deep understanding of system trade-offs
• Define success metrics and iterate on products based on data and user feedback

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical area
• 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related technical roles
• Proven experience building and launching complex technical or AI-driven products
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale software systems
• Experience driving 0 to 1 initiatives and scaling products to production
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or productizing AI copilots, agents, or automation platforms
• Background as a software engineer or significant hands-on technical experience
• Experience scaling internal tools into production-ready platforms
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks regarding accuracy, reliability, and trust
