Senior Product Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead internal AWS, external partner, and customer teams to deliver cloud products and services that enable business outcomes.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including governance, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, and support teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage engagement goals by proactively addressing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
• Apply strategic thinking and business acumen to create execution plans tied to customer business and financial results.
• Interface with senior leadership, including C-level executives and VPs, to communicate project progress and strategy.
• Work effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing and negotiating with cross-functional stakeholders and dispersed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams (such as Scrum Masters or Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the entire product life cycle.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product/program management, marketing, or technology.
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level executives and complex cross-functional teams.
• Experience in strategic marketing management, market analysis, and executing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience with product development within a technology company.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and metrics-driven product development.
