Senior Product Development & Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of fashion production management with internal Production team and outside vendors
• Ensure that product is manufactured on time for delivery
• Coordinate and problem-solve issues with internal teams, vendors, factories, and partners
• Assist in completing new collection sampling and supervise aesthetic and design matters
• Analyze and plan for sufficient capacity for upcoming season’s orders
• Monitor and ensure current season’s orders follow the production timeline
• Initiate daily production meetings to review status of managed vendors
• Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure materials are ready for production
• Manage material use calculations, stock monitoring, and stock ordering
• Update and maintain PO changes in the ordering system

Requirements

• Three years of experience in production, merchandising, development, or manufacturing
• Experience in fashion or garment industry preferred
• Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time-management and organization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in garment and fabric construction is a plus
• AA degree in Fashion is highly desired
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
