Senior Product Development & Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fashion production management activities with internal teams and outside vendors
• Ensure products are manufactured on time for delivery and monitor production timelines
• Coordinate and problem-solve issues with internal teams, vendors, factories, and partners
• Assist in completing new collection sampling and supervise aesthetic and design matters
• Analyze and plan for sufficient capacity for upcoming seasonal orders
• Initiate daily production meetings to review status of all managed vendors
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure all materials are available for production
• Manage material use calculations, stock monitoring, and cost-effectiveness
• Update and maintain PO changes within the ordering system

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in production, merchandising, development, or a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of garment and fabric construction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• AA degree in Fashion is highly preferred
