Senior Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development for the Ninja Outdoor category from early-stage concept through to mass production
• Manage day-to-day project progress and report on key milestones, issues, and deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into product specifications
• Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising
• Work with quality and testing teams to define and execute performance testing protocols
• Support the creation of go-to-market content and post-launch troubleshooting materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product development or engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with consumer goods or in the outdoor category preferred
• Proven leadership or experience mentoring individuals
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
