Senior Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market
• Manage program risks, schedules, and mitigation/contingency plans
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go-to-market strategies drive high sales
• Accountable for all program elements from product ideation to end-of-life
• Utilize KPIs and data to drive decision-making across cross-functional teams
• Identify and remedy resource and knowledge gaps
• Act as a conduit for global information to support local teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management field
• 3-5+ years of direct Product Development experience in consumer products
• Experience with home appliances, cleaning appliances, or motorized consumer products preferred
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to present to C-Suite and executive management
