Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered features, from early discovery through to shipped product.
• Plan and execute user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis workshops.
• Facilitate workshops with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problem definition and solutions.
• Assess and evolve existing design patterns to improve user workflows.
• Present design decisions to senior stakeholders, connecting choices to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with other senior designers to maintain high quality and solve complex problems.
• Explore how AI can meaningfully improve user workflows and add genuine value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS or complex digital products.
• Strong research foundation with the ability to run your own user research from start to finish.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
• Experience designing for AI features or AI-assisted, non-deterministic workflows.
• Strong design judgment and the ability to prioritize in resource-constrained environments.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and presenting to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-grade or data-heavy B2B interfaces.
• Familiarity with contributing to or evolving design systems at scale.
• Background in interaction design or systems thinking.
