Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality, human-centered design solutions for mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless usability and aesthetic excellence.
• Partner closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to shape the product vision and translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final handoff.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for user-centric design decisions backed by data, research insights, and usability testing.
• Mentor and guide junior designers by providing structured feedback and sharing best practices.
• Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs confidently to founders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI) with a proven track record in web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product workflows, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience leading user research and usability testing to drive design iterations.
• Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
