Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX for the referral program, ensuring a seamless journey from awareness to reward claims
• Contribute to product vision and quarterly planning, influencing overall referral strategy and managing stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate closely with Content Designers, PMs, Engineers, and Operations to align on design strategy
• Conduct comprehensive UX research, including interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis, to define use cases
• Drive the full design process from ideation and storyboarding to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototyping
• Manage design documentation, Kanban boards, and Jira tickets to ensure smooth engineering handovers
• Partner with engineers during the build phase and lead QA efforts to maintain design integrity

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Designer in world-class teams
• Strong portfolio of impactful work that solves real-world problems
• Expertise in prototyping to communicate ideas and build conviction
• High-level design craft with strong visual skills and an interest in brand
• Experience designing for mobile surfaces
• Experience working with design systems to produce scalable, functional designs
• Ability to practice evidence-based design and clearly rationalise decisions
