Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows, prototypes, and polished experiences
• Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, approachable, and trustworthy interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs and validate design decisions
• Create information architectures, workflows, and interaction patterns that balance intuitiveness with technical sophistication
• Prototype in Figma and leverage no-code/low-code tools to explore real interactions
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions
• Advocate for inclusive, ethical, and transparent AI design, ensuring accessibility and fairness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products, particularly mobile experiences
• High proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and workflow design
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products and understanding UX challenges like trust and explainability
• Strong visual design skills with a high bar for craft and polish
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for emerging technologies such as wearables or voice interfaces
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
• Passion for health, fitness, and human performance
