Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts of products to ensure they meet client and user needs
• Work with product managers and engineers to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior
• Create engaging and intuitive visual designs consistent with brand guidelines
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design for digital products
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
