Responsibilities
- Own core product areas and design end-to-end user journeys from discovery to rollout
- Conduct on-site user research to understand real-world healthcare workflows
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and design consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience designing mobile-first product experiences end-to-end
- Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools
- Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for both Android and iOS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or mobile workflow tools
- Fluency in German
