Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps
• Translate research and data into clear problem definitions and success metrics
• Own end-to-end design from discovery through delivery
• Plan and conduct user research to synthesize actionable insights
• Create flows, maps, information architecture, and prototypes
• Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams
• Mentor peers and advocate for customer-centered decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience
• Proven marketplace experience
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for design efficiency
• Experience operating with a global-first mindset
• Ability to own complex problem spaces and influence direction
• Strong skills in user research and data-driven decision making
