Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Transform complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for a cloud-native automotive platform
• Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the entire design process
• Create user flows, wireframes, user interface mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Champion user needs while balancing platform constraints and business objectives
• Design scalable and reusable solutions using systems thinking to ensure consistency across the ecosystem
• Articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a robust portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including expertise in auto-layouts, responsive design, and design systems
• Exceptional UX and visual design skills
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or complex platform applications
• Proficiency in secondary design tools such as Framer, Principle, or Miro
