About the Company

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning. The platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience for brands like Chime, Calm, and Manscaped.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product design process from discovery through delivery, creating usable and focused designs
• Facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other UX research methods to inform product ideas
• Collaborate with Design and Product Leadership to communicate ideas to engineering and stakeholders
• Rationalize UX solutions with data and improve designs through user feedback
• Influence and expand the Tatari Design culture by providing frameworks and co-owning design operations
• Own and advance the design system to ensure product coherence

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products
• Demonstrable experience building or substantially evolving a design system
• Expert-level execution in interface, interaction, and visual design
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Experience with dense, workflow-heavy B2B surfaces
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional partners
• UX/Product design portfolio or minimum of 2 case studies demonstrating shipped products

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-visualization experience
• Curiosity regarding new technologies like AI
