Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016, the platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, helping brands reach customers using linear and streaming TV ads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product design process from discovery through delivery, creating usable and focused designs.
• Facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other UX research methods to inform product ideas.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Leadership to communicate ideas to engineering and stakeholders.
• Rationalize UX solutions with data and improve designs through user feedback.
• Influence and improve the Tatari Design culture by providing frameworks and co-owning design operations.
• Own and advance the design system to ensure product coherence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Demonstrable experience building or substantially evolving a design system.
• Expert-level execution in interface, interaction, and visual design.
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with dense, workflow-heavy B2B surfaces.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence skills.
• A UX/Product design portfolio or minimum of 2 case studies demonstrating shipped products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-visualization experience.
• Curiosity regarding new technologies like AI.
