Responsibilities

• Set the design vision for Superhuman on Android and define how a multi-product AI platform shows up coherently on mobile.
• Design Go on Android, shaping how the proactive AI agent feels native through ambient assistance and system integrations.
• Evolve the Grammarly Android experience, leading the next chapter of the floating writing assistant.
• Define the future input experience, including voice, agents, and overlay integration.
• Establish the Android design foundation by building patterns, components, and onboarding frameworks.
• Maintain high craft standards by prototyping and iterating closely with engineers.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio of shipped Android work.
• Deep understanding of Material Design, overlays, accessibility services, and mobile spatial constraints.
• Demonstrated craft in interaction, visual, and motion design.
• Experience designing AI-native or agent-driven products.
• Proficiency in prototyping using Figma and modern AI tools.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping features where model behavior, latency, or uncertainty were primary design challenges.
