Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision across products with a roadmap for iterative enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Take ownership of design execution from interaction flows to visual details
• Partner with UX researchers to initiate user research and validate design hypotheses
• Leverage and evolve the Design System by proposing new components
• Champion usability and accessibility standards
• Establish best practices in design workflows and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Proven experience leading end-to-end product design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise-grade digital products
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience designing for complex B2B or enterprise workflows
• Exposure to analytics tools for data-driven design decisions
