Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Envision and communicate design strategy and future product directions using innovative thinking
• Lead multiple projects throughout the product life cycle, defining UX vision and justifying design decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into polished, high-fidelity design solutions
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and bring ideas to life with appropriate detail
• Ensure all designs align with core brand strategy and maintain consistency across all interfaces
• Utilize research methods to execute effective strategies for products, product lines, or services
• Balance strategic long-term planning with timely execution across projects of varying timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing consumer products
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• An exceptional portfolio featuring cross-platform product designs
• Deep understanding of the interplay between UX, UI design, and branding
• Intuitive grasp of crafting delightful user experiences across diverse touchpoints
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
