Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery
• Partner with product management and engineering to define strategy, goals, and success metrics
• Evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library for consistency and scalability
• Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
• Lead user research and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and marketers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design for digital products
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring designers
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing systems thinking and shipped product work
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design system governance
• Proven ability to conduct research and synthesize user insights
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility
• Ability to leverage AI tools within the design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in voice/speech AI or audio-centric interfaces
• Skills in motion design or micro-interactions
• Background in brand or marketing design
• Fluency in modern "vibe coding" practices using tools like Figma Make
