Senior Product Designer

ResortPass is redefining what it means to be a hotel guest by building a new category in hospitality: day access to luxury hotel experiences. Our marketplace connects guests with over 2,500 partner hotels and resorts, including Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of key touchpoints in the consumer search and discovery experience
• Partner with product and engineering to define problems and ship work that moves metrics
• Conduct lightweight user research, including participant recruitment and interviews
• Maintain a high bar for visual craft, including typography, hierarchy, and motion
• Drive the implementation of a refreshed brand across the product
• Evolve the design system to ensure consistency and accessibility
• Help shape the culture and process of a growing design team

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating navigation of ambiguity and meaningful design tradeoffs
• Background in consumer products, ideally in marketplace, search, travel, or experience-based sectors
• Ability to conduct independent user research
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal process
• Business-minded approach connecting design to user needs and outcomes
