Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking and research on gaming trends and competitor products
• Develop wireframes for complete app experiences, including user flows and interface structures
• Create intuitive and visually appealing design concepts for mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Propose interaction designs to enhance player engagement and ease of use
• Use Figma to design new screens for all projects
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Test designs following implementation
• Work with international stakeholders across the US, Turkey, Japan, and Singapore
• Deliver high-quality work within an agile development environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of current UX best practices and design processes
• Experience designing consumer apps and mobile products from wireframing to shipped UI
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
• Understanding of game mechanics and user interaction
• Experience in golf, baseball, or other sports
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience designing enterprise software
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
