Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the product experience end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous problems to shipping high-quality solutions.
• Act as a core product partner, shaping direction with PM and engineering.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Lovable and Claude to build, test, and iterate on flows.
• Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage and production readiness.
• Build and evolve the design system with structured, reusable components.
• Use prototypes and product intuition to drive momentum and unblock team decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping high-quality work across web and mobile.
• Deep Figma proficiency including component architecture, auto-layout, and design tokens.
• Comfort working with AI prototyping tools like Lovable or Claude.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current product design trends and best practices.
• Ability to work alongside design leadership and contribute high-level point of view and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and evolving scalable design systems.
• Deep product instincts connecting design to business outcomes.
• Experience with data visualization and complex information architecture.
• Consumer, luxury, or fintech product design experience.
• Experience with workflow UI, funnels, onboarding flows, or CMS.
• Startup experience.
