Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mobile tools for cabin crew to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Manage the entire product journey from discovery and research to launch and improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams
• Set design quality standards and act as a trusted advisor to teammates
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to boost insight, creativity, and efficiency in the design process
• Develop and promote a collaborative product vision

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Service Design, UX, UI, CX, or similar roles
• Tertiary qualification in Design, Human-Centered Design, or a relevant field
• Strong understanding of native apps, conversational interfaces, and digital platforms
• Proficiency in modern frameworks including Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban
• Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA)
• Experience with industry tools: Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, and Confluence
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, Cursor, Lovable) to streamline workflows
• Proven ability to solve high-impact design challenges in complex organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI to spark creativity or speed up prototyping
• Expert facilitation skills and inspirational leadership for remote and direct teams
• Advanced logical reasoning and numerical analysis skills
