Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Architect and design seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces across a two-sided mobile and web platform
• Craft polished, brand-elevating visual designs with a strong grasp of modern UI patterns and aesthetics
• Lead the end-to-end design process by partnering closely with product, engineering, and growth teams
• Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to inform user-centered design decisions
• Maintain and scale design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and flexibility across all platforms
• Communicate the strategic "why" behind design decisions to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic impact and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven experience crafting and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
• Experience designing complex tools for business users or organizers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to balance fast-paced design iteration with high-quality execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Background from companies like Airbnb, Square, or Toast
• Experience working in dynamic, high-speed settings with multiple competing priorities
