Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with peers in design, product and engineering to deliver cohesive experiences across hardware, web, mobile, watch, and TV
• Drive complex design initiatives spanning multiple large product pillars
• Make product vision tangible through prototyping and visual storytelling
• Contribute to defining best practices for cross-functional accessibility standards
• Shift between high-level direction setting and detailed pixel refinement
• Articulate ideas and drive buy-in across several teams and functions

Requirements

• 6+ years of software product design experience
• Experience partnering with product managers and engineering to develop vision and strategy
• Strong interface and interaction design skills
• Strong User Experience, Testing, Research, and Information Architecture skills
• Ability to conceptualize multi-state, multi-path interaction systems and capture edge-cases
• Extensive experience with prototyping
• Familiarity with design systems and platform limitations for Android, iOS, and web apps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing experiences on larger touch screens
