Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for complex product areas such as parts cataloguing, search and discovery, or marketplace experiences
• Define experience models for managing massive datasets and complex vehicle fitment hierarchies
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and designs that account for edge cases and real-world data
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to balance user experience with technical feasibility
• Contribute to the company design system and shared patterns to ensure scalability
• Provide direct, specific design critique to improve the work of the broader team

Requirements

• 6+ years of senior product design experience, specifically with complex software products
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, UI craft, and product thinking
• Deep fluency in interaction design, UX design, and prototyping
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma
• Excellent communication skills to explain design rationale and influence stakeholders
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing workflow-heavy, data-dense, or B2B products
• Experience with marketplace, catalogue, e-commerce, or supply chain domains
• Experience contributing to or evolving design systems
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Experience using quantitative data to validate design decisions
