Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Solve complex UX challenges across delivery, e-commerce, and marketplace experiences

Contribute to and maintain the Ninja Design System
Design scalable solutions that work across multiple verticals and future products
Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback

Work on checkout flows, location management, rewards systems, offers, promotions, and tracking experiences

4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work
Expert knowledge of Figma
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Experience designing mobile-first products
Ability to handle complex user flows and edge cases
Experience working closely with development teams
Experience creating Design Systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in delivery, marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce products
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Experience with ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects, or similar tools
Experience designing Live Activities, Dynamic Island experiences, or advanced mobile interactions
