Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate dense audit requirements and ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, linear, and logical user flows
• Build and maintain a robust component library and design system in Figma
• Define product architecture and how users navigate through large datasets
• Build prototypes using Figma and AI tools to validate interactions
• Act as a strategic partner to visualize the future roadmap and manage trade-offs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Mastery of Figma including auto-layouts and scalable component sets
• Strong systems thinking and ability to manage complex product architecture
• Fluency in using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, v0, or Replit for rapid prototyping
• High level of visual craft in typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards or fintech tools
• Basic frontend knowledge in HTML, CSS, or React
• Interest in LLM mechanics and designing for probabilistic outcomes
