About the Company

Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, Mutiny is building an agent-first platform that helps sales and marketing teams automate their revenue motion.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design from initial agent interaction to final asset publication
• Design new surfaces and rethink existing ones to automate tedious GTM tasks
• Partner with engineering to improve creative agent output, defaults, and brand adherence
• Curate design taste and build feedback loops to sharpen model output
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system of components and patterns
• Shape product strategy by participating in high-level decision-making and engineering discussions

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping products that solve ambiguous problems
• Strong point of view on the intersection of AI and creativity
• Obsessive attention to craft and pixel-perfect execution
• Hands-on builder mindset with prototyping and iteration skills
• Systems thinking approach to design and pattern creation
• Ability to work in person in New York City five days a week
