Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with other MNTN teams to identify needs and carry out product vision
• Prototype simple & intuitive experiences and collaborate with the development team to inform future product features and benefits
• Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
• Create mockups to express concepts and vet them with peers
• Work cross-functionally across departments to be the voice of user engagement and campaign management
• Coordinate with design team members to constantly improve user engagement for new and existing MNTN products
• Partner with engineers, QA, leadership, and customer-facing teams to arrive at design solutions that drive business value
• Work with a Product Design Director Lead and help grow the Platform Squad

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms and consumer facing self-service apps
• Passionate about creating beautiful user-centric experiences with a high bar for craft and quality
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Kanban or Agile methodologies
• Ability to create user stories and prioritize design work
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience working with Figma
• Proficient at structuring project work in a clean and efficient way
