Responsibilities

  • Lead design for key product experiences across Linus Health’s digital ecosystem
  • Translate product strategy, wireframes, and business goals into usable product experiences
  • Create high-quality mobile and responsive web designs
  • Partner with Product Management to define MVP scope and prioritize user experiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering to understand technical constraints and platform dependencies
  • Work within and extend the existing design system
  • Create prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with UX Research to plan, test, and iterate on concepts
  • Apply accessibility and cognitive accessibility principles to designs
  • Document user flows, interaction patterns, and design decisions in Figma, Jira, and Confluence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior-level product design experience
  • Experience in consumer health, digital health, healthcare, wellness, or life sciences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across mobile and responsive web
  • Mastery of Figma and design systems
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to explain design rationale to technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulated product considerations and boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile app design and native app patterns
  • Experience designing healthcare consent, privacy, or regulated workflows
  • Familiarity with behavioral nudging and habit formation
  • Experience designing white-labeled or multi-channel product experiences
  • Experience supporting usability testing or mixed-methods research
  • Thoughtful use of AI tools to improve design workflows
