Responsibilities

• Design user flows, interactions, and interfaces for AI-powered tools
• Turn ambiguous problems into concrete, high-quality product experiences
• Work hands-on with engineers to bring designs to life
• Use Figma to design, document, and iterate with speed
• Contribute to and help scale the design system
• Push for clarity, consistency, and quality in every corner of the product

Requirements

• Strong experience designing digital products end-to-end
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, elegant UI, and shipped product work
• Sharp visual skills and high attention to detail
• Curiosity regarding how AI changes user behavior and interfaces
• Pragmatism and a bias toward shipping over theorizing
