Responsibilities

• Own core user-facing features from concept to launch, defining visual language and interaction patterns
• Design for coherence across complex product flows, states, and edge cases
• Prototype with AI tools to create interactive, near-production experiences
• Design trustworthy, agentic AI workflows that surface confidence and handle errors gracefully
• Strengthen the design system with reusable patterns and components for both humans and AI
• Ground design decisions in qualitative user feedback and quantitative product analytics

Requirements

• Exceptional design craft in visual hierarchy, interaction, motion, and accessibility
• AI-native mindset in problem-solving and workflow integration
• Strong systems thinking capabilities for complex enterprise products
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate high agency
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise, B2B, or developer tools
• Ability to ship front-end code using React or TypeScript
• Strong point of view on AI User Experience (UX)
