Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end, from problem framing and early exploration to pixel-perfect delivery.
• Drive business impact by tracking key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Proactively identify product gaps and opportunities to influence the product roadmap.
• Use AI design and prototyping tools to build functional demos and interactive prototypes rapidly.
• Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces across mobile and responsive web platforms.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems by creating new patterns and documenting usage.
• Lead and participate in design critiques, providing principled feedback tied to user outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong prototyping instincts for interaction and motion.
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile and web products.
• Hands-on fluency with AI design, prototyping, and coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Proven experience contributing to and evolving design systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to reason about design tradeoffs based on outcomes.
