Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for product areas, from research and ideation to prototyping and UI design
• Translate complex requirements into engaging, user-focused solutions consistent with KICK's design system
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless handoff, implementation, and QA
• Conduct user testing and concept validation to drive data-informed design decisions
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers through feedback and guidance
• Contribute to cross-team critiques and document design patterns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional digital products end-to-end
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and interaction design expertise
• Analytical and strategic mindset to connect design to business outcomes
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for mobile and TV apps
• Knowledge of streaming, gaming, or AI technologies
• Knowledge of sports, gambling, or cryptocurrency
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack
