Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/UI design work for digital products within the Private Bank, translating complex financial challenges into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications with a high standard of craft and attention to detail.
• Design using existing design systems and contribute to the development of new and emerging systems to ensure scalability and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals.
• Present and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices across all digital products.
• Apply emerging technologies and AI to keep products at the cutting edge of digital finance.

Requirements

• Portfolio link required in resume (please include passwords if protected).
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in experience or product design, with a proven track record of scaling digital products.
• Experience designing for financial services, consumer settings, or other regulated, data-dense industries.
• Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments, such as secure client portals or dashboards.
• Expertise in Figma and hands-on experience with usability testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product leadership.
