About the role
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences including wireframes and prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and business leaders
- Analyze user engagement and conversion metrics to improve products
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and user guides
- Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Partner with development teams during implementation to ensure design fidelity
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or human-computer interaction
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Designer in a tech company
- Proficiency in Figma and Protopie
- Expertise in user-centered design and design thinking
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent portfolio showcasing problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in product management frameworks like Jobs to be Done
- Experience with service design thinking
