Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of core features and critical user flows, from initial discovery and journey mapping to final delivery
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and transform findings into high-quality design solutions
• Create high-precision wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that navigate technical constraints and business requirements
• Expertly apply and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the global platform
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect fidelity
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to resolve user pain points through design decisions
• Maintain a high bar for design quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the implementation process

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UX and UI execution, with a focus on problem-solving and interaction detail
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in e-commerce
• Advanced interaction and visual design skills with mastery of modern design tools
• Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems at scale
• Solid grounding in user-centered design methodologies and research practices
• Practical knowledge of front-end development principles and implementation constraints
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
