Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on complex business requirements
• Utilize, scale, and maintain an enterprise-level Design System to ensure visual consistency and organized component structures
• Design intuitive user interfaces across Web, Desktop, and Native Mobile applications
• Assess existing digital products to optimize Information Architecture, navigation flow, and usability
• Conduct user testing initiatives, including card-sorting and treejack testing, to validate product direction
• Work embedded within cross-functional Agile squads alongside Product Owners and Tech Leads
• Lead interactive workshops with business partners to translate complex requirements into design decisions
• Partner closely with UI/Front-End Engineers to ensure high-quality design hand-offs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes and design system implementation
• Mastery of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Proven experience designing for Web, Desktop, and Native Mobile platforms
• Strong foundation in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Financial Services, Banking, or large-scale Fintech organizations
• Foundational knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Strong manual sketching and drawing skills
• 3D modeling and visualization skills using Cinema 4D or equivalent software
