Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Set design vision and strategy for the AI-powered platform
• Develop user-centric solutions through research, journey mapping, and prototyping
• Craft visual and interaction designs to reduce complexity and highlight generative AI capabilities
• Contribute to the design system by establishing scalable patterns and components
• Rapidly prototype concepts to communicate ideas and gather feedback
• Advocate for user needs and stakeholder perspectives throughout the product lifecycle
• Mentor a culture of design excellence through reviews and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craftsmanship and interaction design
• Track record of end-to-end product ownership in ambiguous environments
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineers and product managers
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with prototyping and user testing
• Comfort with front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS)

• Technical understanding of LLMs/AI
• Builder mindset
• Enterprise/B2B SaaS or AI/ML product experience
