Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Build long-term product portfolio strategies across antibodies, recombinant proteins, enzymes, and bioassays
• Identify technology white spaces and unarticulated customer needs
• Formulate and maintain future product roadmaps aligned with business growth
• Transform scientific insights into commercial opportunities using Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD)
• Conduct "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" assessments for innovation strategy
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to transform ideas into development programs
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for executive leadership

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, or related life science disciplines (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
• Experience in protein engineering, antibody discovery, or Cell & Gene Therapy (GCT) reagent development
• Knowledge of functional proteins, bioassays, or advanced protein purification technologies
• Strong strategic and systems thinking skills
• Ability to lead cross-functionally and communicate with executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Early Discovery, Platform Development, or CMC within biopharma or CROs
• Direct experience interacting with biopharma customers
• Background in technical marketing or corporate strategic planning
