Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-quality design across the full user journey, including product experiences, marketing campaigns, and brand assets
• Translate strategic direction and business goals into polished, compelling creative solutions
• Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences for prediction markets
• Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and growth stakeholders
• Present creative concepts and articulate design rationale
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across visual and interaction design
• Contribute to and uphold design systems and brand standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong visual design skills in typography, hierarchy, color, and layout
• Experience designing across product, web, brand, and marketing touchpoints
• Ability to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and production-ready assets
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and interaction design principles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping and motion/animation tools
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or Asana
• Experience working within and evolving design systems
• Background in sports, gaming, fintech, or media industries
• Experience designing for high-engagement or regulated digital experiences
