Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of complex, high-impact user interfaces meeting accessibility and inclusion standards
• Plan, conduct, and oversee autonomous user research activities to drive strategic design decisions
• Own the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs
• Evolve the design system to meet project and organisational needs
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Lead iterative design processes, encouraging experimentation and validation

Requirements

• Previous experience designing for AI-native products
• Proven track record of designing and shipping products at scale
• Experience in a consulting services environment is ideal
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and strategy
• Experience establishing design systems and sharing best practices
• Advanced expertise in design tools and methods, including AI tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
