Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integrations experience, including the marketplace, activation, and configuration flows.
• Design how the AI Agent operates within third-party tools and channels to ensure a native user experience.
• Shape the UX for the AI-powered integration generator, managing one of the company's most ambitious technical projects.
• Define agentic design patterns, including agent behaviors, skills, triggers, and user control mechanisms.
• Work closely with the development team using internal code prototyping tools to eliminate traditional handoffs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system as the platform scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally within technical or platform domains.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex systems and a deep commitment to craft.
• Systems thinking mindset with an ability to navigate complex flows, dependencies, and architectures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive decisions in an engineering-heavy environment.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and translate it into clear, actionable design directions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for APIs, webhooks, developer platforms, or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Experience or deep interest in designing for AI agents and autonomous software behaviors.
